The idea for InSPIRE-Young Professional blossomed as a result of our successful program for college-aged students. So many of our friends in the working world wanted to have experiences of deeper connection and meaning in India. Many were planning to switch jobs or careers and wanted a more informed outlook as they re-evaluated their choices. Others were looking for a more leveraged or systemic way to give back. Whatever the case, we figured that broadening our program would open the door for more people to share in these growth experiences.
